Shining Star Registration
If you are interested in registering your child(ren) for the Shining Star Program, please print out and complete the attached registration paperwork. You can mail the registration paperwork and a check/money order (made payable to the Mount Ephraim Board of Education) for the registration fee and first monthly payment to the following address:

Registration Fee
The registration fee is $35.00/child and is due at the time of registration. This applies to students who are new to the program, not returning students.
Monthly RatesMonthly Rates
Flex BooksWe also offer Flex Books. Flex Books are a great option for families who may want to utilize the Shining Star Program once in a while, but not often enough to pay monthly. If your child needs to attend the program one day, you would hand in a Flex Ticket at the time of pick-up.
| Drop-In RatesIf your child is enrolled in our program, we offer drop-in rates as well. For example, if your child attends the before school session on a monthly basis and you need your child to attend the afternoon session for a day, you can pay the p.m. drop-off rate for that one day. This would also apply if your child attends after school on a monthly basis and you need to drop your child off early one morning. Drop-off rates do not apply if your child is not registered for the Shining Star Program on a monthly basis. If you are not registered for the program on a monthly basis, see Flex Book option directly below. DROP-OFF RATES:
DiscountsIf you are eligible for more than one discount, the higher of the two discounts will be used. Multiple discounts are not valid. Multiple Children If you have more than one child, we offer family rates. Family rates allow your children to attend the program 5 days per week.

Payment Due dates
Shining Star monthly payments are due in full. If the payment is late, a $25.00 late fee will apply. Please pay using a check or money order made payable to the Mount Ephraim Board of Education. The payment due date schedule is as follows:
